Capitalize facilitates founders in streamlining the process of raising funds, offering a user-friendly approach. Through the platform, founders are able to seamlessly invite investors to participate in their venture, akin to the simplicity of Venmo. Investors, in turn, can conveniently execute contracts and make payments with a single click (note that this feature is currently exclusive to the web app version). Furthermore, Capitalize allows founders to invite investors to partake either directly on their capitalization table or via a founder-initiated SPV provided by the platform.
